If you would like to upgrade your VPS/Server, please follow the steps below:


  1. Login to VPS/Server and ensure that all personal programs and licenses are removed. Video on How to Login
  2. View your client area at the link. You may be asked to login to your account: Client Area
  3. Click on the VPS/Server that you would like to downgrade under 'Your Active Products/Services' HERE
  4. Click the green 'Upgrade' button on the page HERE
  5. Once you find the size you would like to downgrade to, you will select the 'Choose Product' button to proceed: HERE 
  6. You will then be shown the total due for the downgrade. To proceed you will select 'Click to Continue' HERE
  7. Once the invoice is paid, the server will be automatically downgraded by our system within 5-10 minutes, and you will be able to log on. 
  8. Complete!
